PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a defect such as a crack generated on a weld bead. SOLUTION: This inspection device for inspecting a measuring object having a welding area where a weld hardware is welded is equipped with a welding area specification part 11 for specifying a welding area from a radiographic image of the measuring object; a weld bead specification part 12 for specifying the weld bead in the welding area; a crack detection part 13 for detecting a crack in the weld bead; a storage part 14 for storing the first table correlating the thickness of the weld bead with brightness and the second table correlating a crack depth with the brightness relative to each thickness of the weld bead; and a crack depth specification part 15 for specifying the thickness of the weld bead by using the first table, and specifying the crack depth detected by the crack detection part 13 by using the second table corresponding to the specified thickness of the weld bead.
