PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hardly cause mechanical material fatigue to a fixed part of an external facing member. SOLUTION: An external facing implement, an external facing structure using the external facing implement, and an external facing method are provided. The external facing structure 1 is equipped with the external facing members 3 and 4 on a bed material 2, and a fixing implement 5. The bed material 2 is a thin metal plate or the like, which is provided on a skeleton 2A. The fixing implement 5 is equipped with a frame body 6 and a fixing member 7; the frame body 6 passes through the external facing members 3 and 4; and the external facing members 3 and 4, and a lower end 6A of the frame body 6 are fixed onto the surface of the bed material 2 by means of the fixing member 7. In the external facing structure 1, the frame body 6 is brought into contact with the bed material 2 via an area which is defined by its lower end 6A; a three-dimensional shape, which is composed of the bottom and side portions of the frame body 6, makes a force act in the direction C of suppressing the oscillation of the fixing member 7, so that the fixed part can be prevented from causing the material fatigue. The external facing implement is most mainly characterized as follows: the frame body 6 and the fixing member 7 are provided; the frame body 6 passes through the external facing members 3 and 4; and the external facing members 3 and 4, and the lower end 6A of the frame body 6 are fixed onto the surface of the bed material 2 by means of the fixing member 7.
