PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a granular agrochemical preparation applicable to various bactericidal active components and/or insecticidal active components, excellent in elution-controlling property, and also on using it for a planting hole treatment, showing no phytotoxicity to young seedlings and lasting the effectiveness over a long period of time. SOLUTION: This granular agrochemical preparation is characterized by consisting of the bactericidal active component and/or insecticidal active component, a water-soluble alginate having 100 to 1,000 mPa s viscosity as 1 wt.% aqueous solution, an anionic surfactant and a carrier.
