PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive tape feeder, and an adhesive tape sticking device and a method using the adhesive tape feeder capable of positively preventing the partial separation of an adhesive layer and the pollution of an adhesive surface to improve reliability even by a constitution to guide in contact with the exposed adhesive surface of an adhesive taper. SOLUTION: The adhesive tape feeder comprises a delivery reel 11 sequentially delivering the adhesive tape 5 formed by laminating a mounting paper 4 on side face of an adhesive anisotropic conductive sheet 3 and exposing the adhesive surface (a) to the one side face, and a guide mechanism G comprising a plurality of guide rollers for guiding the movement of the adhesive tape delivered from the delivery reel. The second guide roller 13 which is at least one of the guide rollers in the guide mechanism has with a large number of air blowoff holes 27 and blows off high-pressure air from a guide face 20a to guide the guide face in a non-contact state with the adhesive surface of the adhesive tape.
