When a predetermined time period elapses (at S140) after a basic demand torque (Tbase) based on the accelerator opening (Acc) and the vehicle speed (V) began to decrease, the sum of an adding torque (Tadd), which is obtained by multiplying a reflection ratio (k) increasing by the increase (krt) to the maximum reflection ratio (kmax) and the target adding torque (Ttag), and the basic demand torque (Tbase) is set as an execution demand torque (T*) (at S150, S180 and S190), thereby to control an engine and two motors (at S200 to S260).
