The jig for cutting tiles has a plate (100) with an angular positioning guide (300) which has slides for movement in a plane parallel to the plate and in a direction of movement parallel to the cutting plane of the cutting tool. The jig also has facets (O) to position the piece to be cut with respect to the plane of the cutting tool in multiple discrete fixed angular positions. The angular positioning guide has facets, two of which form the positioning facets.
