A lamp case is provided to simply form a bending unit and inner and outer protrusions of an inner case through a bending machine or a press by forming the inner case with steel material. A lamp case includes an inner case(30) and an outer case(50). The inner case is ring-shaped and has a vertical side wall unit(36) to receive a lamp. The outer case is ring-shaped, has a vertical side wall unit(56) to detachably insert the inner case, and is installed on a ceiling or a wall. A bending unit(31) is formed at one end of the vertical side wall unit of the inner case, and a circumferential surface thereof is bent outward. A plurality of elastic pieces(52) are installed on the vertical side wall unit of the outer case. A bending unit(53) is formed at an end of each of the elastic pieces and in contact with the bending unit of the inner case to elastically support the inner case. The inner case is made of steel material.
