A non-return type steam discharge device of an electric pressure rice cooker is provided to constantly discharge the abnormal steam pressure within an inner pot through a steam discharge hole by allowing a pin member to be lifted by a spring member, thereby ensuring safe use of the electric pressure rice cooker. A non-return type steam discharge device of an electric pressure rice cooker comprises a solenoid valve(12), a diaphragm(13), a pin member(14), an elastic member(15), a cover member(16), and a spring member(17). The solenoid valve is installed on an inner pot cover. The diaphragm is connected to the solenoid valve with its one end. The pin member is supported by the other end of the diaphragm. The elastic member that can be elongated or contracted is mounted on an outer periphery of the pin member. The cover member is assembled to the solenoid valve by a plurality of fasteners. The spring member is mounted on the cover member to elastically support the pin member.
