An apparatus for press-fitting solid lubricant into a bearing is provided to improve the efficiency of a lubricating process by press-fitting solid lubricant into a plurality of accommodation spaces formed at a friction surface of the bearing through a mechanical operation. An apparatus for press-fitting solid lubricant into a bearing comprises a supply unit(4), a press-fitting unit(14) and a bearing support unit(24). The press-fitting unit includes a housing(8), connected to a hopper(6) and has a nozzle(16), an injection screw(10) installed in the housing and an end screw(18) coupled to a front end of the injection screw to be projected from the nozzle. The end screw has an elongated groove(20), which has a first side disposed inside the housing and a second side disposed outside the housing. Solid lubricant is supplied to a lubricant accommodation groove along the elongation groove by a rotation of the injection screw. |
