SUBMINIATURE OPTICAL SYSTEM

A subminiature optical system is provided to obtain high solution by using an aspheric lens and reduce a weigh by forming the aspheric lens with plastic material. A subminiature optical system includes a first lens(L1) with positive refractive power, a second lens(L2) with negative refractive power, a third lens(L3) with negative refractive power, and a fourth lens(L4) with positive refractive power in order from an object side to a front side of a top surface. At least one of surfaces of the third and fourth lenses is an aspheric surface. An optical filter(OF) is provided between the fourth lens and an image plane(IP) corresponding to an image sensor. The first and fourth lenses with the positive refractive power are made of material with a large Abbe number and the second and third lenses with the negative refractive power are made of material with a small Abbe number.
