<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce downtime due to a developer supply operation at attaching of a toner container to an image forming apparatus, and to prevent toner solidification in a non-attached (spare) toner container. <P>SOLUTION: Temperature information from a developer container 500 that is not attached to the image forming apparatus 100, detected by a temperature sensor 507 is received wirelessly by an RF communication part 162. An image control part 105 discriminates whether vibrators 504 to 506, disposed in the developer container 500, are to be vibrated according to the received temperature information. When it is discriminated that the vibrators are to be vibrated, the RF communication part 162 wirelessly transmits an instruction to make the vibrators vibrate, to the developer container 500. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
