PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve on-ice/snow performance while securing quietness in a pneumatic tire having block patterns at a tread part. SOLUTION: A block 100 of a center land part 10 is divided into two of small blocks 100a, 100b. The blocks 120 and 140 of second land parts 12 and 14 are divided into two of small blocks 120a, 120b and 140a, 140b. A phase deviation in the tire circumferential direction of the two small blocks is made to be 5% or more and 25% or less of the length in the tire circumferential direction of the small blocks, and the phase deviation in the tire circumferential direction of blocks of adjacent land parts is made to be 30% or more and 45% or less of the length in the tire circumferential direction of small blocks.
