PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the followability of a bias voltage to variation of a power supply voltage. SOLUTION: A bias voltage generating apparatus for generating a bias voltage is provided with: a resistor element Rfuse interposed in a wiring connecting a power supply terminal to a bias voltage generation point N; and a current source unit CS for applying a standard current to the wiring for connecting the power supply terminal to the voltage generation point N when a standard voltage is applied to the power supply terminal, and applying a current varied by a second variation rate smaller than a first variation rate from the standard current to the wiring for connecting the power supply terminal to the voltage generation point N when a voltage varied by the first variation rate from the standard voltage is applied to the power supply terminal.
