PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a reception diversity circuit having a changeover function of a transmission antenna with a relatively simple configuration. SOLUTION: A transmission/reception circuit uses operating frequency bands f1, f2. In a signal processing process, a frequency band having a satisfactory reception state is determined, and single-pole double-throw frequency band change-over switches 3, 4 are changed so that a determined frequency band having a satisfactory reception state is used for transmission and reception. An antenna having a satisfactory reception state is determined from antennas 1, 2, the antenna, where the determined reception state is satisfactory, is used for transmission and reception, and the antenna, where the reception state is unsatisfactory, is set to be a subantenna exclusive for reception. According to the setting processing, a transmission frequency band transmitted from a transmission section 20 is selected, and the changeover control is performed to single-pole double-throw frequency band change-over switches 9, 10.
