PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with a flow regulating means for regulating a rotational flow for improving cooling efficiency and an air guiding means for ventilation, for an electronic device of smaller size, low profile, and reduced cost, of which a heating body is cooled by the air from a fan. SOLUTION: A circuit board on which a heating body is placed comprises a first substrate surface arranged almost parallel to a fan and a second substrate surface which is extended from the first substrate surface and tilted at a specified angle from the first substrate surface through a rotatable bending part. Thus, the fan is arranged to face the board and the air from the fan is guided by the second substrate surface of the circuit board. So, the heating body placed on the second substrate surface of the circuit board is cooled, thereby reducing size and cost of the electronic device. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
