PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot-water supply outdoor unit and a hot-water supply air conditioner capable of suppressing vibration of a sheet metal container, and capable of even preventing noise from a foam thermal insulation container while suppressing deformation of the foam thermal insulation container or the sheet metal container housing the foam thermal insulation container without raising costs. SOLUTION: The hot-water supply outdoor unit has a heat exchanger for hot water carrying out heat exchange between a coolant of a refrigerating cycle circuit and water of a hot water circuit. It is characterized by that it is provided with the foam thermal insulation container 6 housing the heat exchanger for hot water, the metal sheet container 7 housing the foam thermal insulation container 6, and a protruding part 6a provided on an outer wall surface of the foam thermal insulation container 6, and contacting an inner wall surface of the sheet metal container 7.
