PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microbubble generator improving white turbidity of bathwater or the like. SOLUTION: This microbubble generator releases a pressure of gas-liquid dissolved fluid formed by pressurizingly dissolving gas in liquid by a decompression means to generate microbubbles and jettingly discharge the microbubbles from a discharge nozzle 30, the discharge nozzle 30 has the decompression means (a venturi tube 12b or a disk nozzle 48), a mesh 43 formed of a netted body is disposed between the decompression means and an outlet 3 of the discharge nozzle 30 at a prescribed interval W apart from the decompression means. This constitution can form a pressure retention space 45 between the decompression means and the mesh 43 by distribution resistance of the mesh 43 so as to prevent coalition of microbubbles generated by the decompression means in the pressure retention space 45 and improve the white turbidity of the bathwater or the like.
