PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filtering apparatus suited to the use of a powdered filter element. SOLUTION: This filtering apparatus has an oil tank, a filter installed on the inner bottom surface of the oil tank, and a cylindrical frame body installed inside the oil tank and above the filter with the bottom side closed with the filter.
