PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable medicine ejection device capable of appropriately ejecting medicine by preventing inferior ejection occurring due to insufficient heat radiation. SOLUTION: A radiation member 20 having a fin for releasing heat generated from an ejection head 12a is provided in a channel 3 formed in a hollow part of a body 1 of the medicine ejection device. When a medicine discharge cartridge 12 is installed in the body 1, a base plate 12d also served as a heat transmission part of the ejection head 12a comes into contact with the heat radiation member 20. This device ejects liquid medicine synchronous with the respiration of a user so as to efficiently cool the heat radiation member 20 by a respiration air flow and suppress the temperature rise of the ejection head 12a.
