PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antistatic acrylic resin composition usable for a coating, an adhesive and the like, which is transparent, shows little development of static electricity during release, does not show reduction in ionic conductivity even after crosslinked, and, in particular, is suitable as an adhesive layer for surface protective films for optical members such as polarizing plates used for manufacturing liquid crystal displays. SOLUTION: The antistatic acrylic resin composition comprises an acrylic resin (A) having a hydroxy group, an isocyanurate-modified hexamethylene diisocyanate (B), a trimethylolpropane-modified diisocyanate compound (C), and an ionic compound (D).
