摘要 The pressurized combustion chamber (3) includes a reactor tube (2) with gasification reaction zones (12, 13, 14). The plant integrates main- and secondary combustion nozzles (8, 9), with a main combustion zone (10), secondary combustion zone (11) and residual coke combustion zone (39). In these zones, the combustion chamber simultaneously: burns the main fuel, burns-off pollutants and burns residual coke. Energy evolved is combined to heat the reactor tube and hence the materials supplied. It supplies energy to the gasification process (12, 13, 14). Further energy is recovered in one or more turbines (4). All equipment described above, takes the place of the combustion chamber in a conventional gas turbine. It is intermediate to the compressor and turbine. During the gasification process (12, 13, 14), coke (22) is formed. The screw feeder (16) with scrapers (19) fixed to its shaft, grinds the coke under mechanical pressure against the grid (23). Ground coke and product gas, pass through the line (7) to the main burner nozzle (8), where coke reaches the grate (24). There, it is further gasified by the high temperatures. Air is also supplied, to burn it. The grinding grid (23) has ridges and studs, facilitating grinding. Pressure developed in the gasification zone, forces the gas through the line to the main burner nozzle, and charges the ground coke into the coke combustion zone (39). The gas lock charging unit at the fuel input point (15), is constructed like a briquetting press, with a combined pressing and charging piston and a slide valve which alternate in gas lock operation, to maintain the internal pressure. Fuel charged is dewatered here, if necessary. A sieve-like region of the cylinder allows water to be pressed-out, during gas lock charging operation. Waste heat recovery is employed after the gas turbine, e.g. by steam generation using the turbine. The steam may be further heated, by injection into the combustion chamber (3). Steam is injected into the gasification zone, promoting a reforming process. The steam produced is divided variably between the foregoing applications.
