<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid a situation that a feeder system becomes impossible to supply power due to the overlap of the timing of a rush current generated when the feeder system is started or when a plurality of power receiving apparatuses are simultaneously connected to the feeder system, and to stably supply power to the power receiving apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: Control is performed so that power feed is started by assigning a power feed starting time TopN (1, 2, ...N) to each power receiving apparatus to which the feeder system is connected.
