<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely control restraint of energy supply to air-conditioning equipment by judging effectiveness of restraint of heat load by each of a plurality of restraining means. <P>SOLUTION: A central monitor 15 measures energy supply from heat supply equipment to the air-conditioning equipment, and calculates a restraint ratio according to the energy supply so that the energy supply is not over a target capacity. The central monitor 15 judges the effectiveness of restraint of heat load by each of the plurality of restraining means restraining the heat load of the air-conditioning equipment on the basis of predetermined criteria, selects the restraining means which is judged to be effective, and allows the selected restraining means to execute the restraint of heat load according to the restraint ratio. Further the central monitor 15 judges the effectiveness of restraint of heat load by the restraining means in order of higher priority according to the predetermined priority in selecting the plurality of restraining means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
