<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variable valve gear for stabilizing engine rotation, and improving fuel economy, in minimum lift control at low speed with low load, or the like of an engine, while reducing cost by improving manufacturing work and installation work efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: This variable valve gear has one driving cam 5 per one cylinder integrally arranged on a driving shaft 4, two rocking cams 6 and 6 respectively operating respective intake valves 3 and 3 for opening-closing via a driving transmission mechanism 7 converting torque of the driving cam into rocking motion, and a control mechanism 8 capable of varying a lift quantity and an operating angle of the respective intake valves by changing an attitude of the driving transmission mechanism. A rocker arm 13 of the driving transmission mechanism is made different in the lift quantity of both intake valves in the minimum lift control by respectively changing the rocket ratio to the respective rocking cams of the rocker arm, by projecting a first linking part 13e of the Y-shaped respective other end parts 13b and 13c by a predetermined quantity from a second linking part 13f. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
