<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable curing of a concrete product using simple facilities and also, upgrading of the surface finish quality. <P>SOLUTION: In curing the segment 1, a truck 2 loaded with the segment 1 after a mold release process, is parked below a water feeder pipe 12 of running water facilities 10 with an outlet 13 for running water downward. Further, the water is let out of the outlet 13 and allowed to continuously run over the surface of the segment 1. Since the calcium eluted from the inside of the concrete to its surface, can be washed off, the trouble that a mottle mark is left on the surface of the concrete product due to the deposited calcium and consequently, the appearance of the concrete product is impaired, can be eliminated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
