PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a trigger signal from being received by a transmitter-receiver mounted on a non-object wheel not an object wheel to receive the trigger signal. SOLUTION: A distance which is up to the transmitter-receiver 2 mounted on a left rear wheel 6d from a first trigger machine 5a and becomes the shortest when the distance up to the transmitter-receiver 2 from the first trigger machine 5a is changed according to rotation of the left rear wheel 6d is taken as L1. A distance which is up to the transmitter-receiver 2 mounted on a right front wheel 6a from the first trigger machine 5a and becomes the longest when the distance up to the transmitter-receiver 2 from the first trigger machine 5a is changed according to rotation of the right front wheel 6a is taken as L2.
