PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pad, a sheet, a cushion, and methods for producing them which prevent an increase in equipment and can reduce production costs. SOLUTION: In a method for producing soft polyurethane foam, a mixture containing at least a polyol, polyisocyanate compound, blowing agent, catalyst, and foam conditioning agent is injected into a mold, the soft polyurethane foam is formed. Then, the soft polyurethane foam, after being demolded, is crushed. After the soft polyurethane foam is crushed and before the temperature of the soft polyurethane foam reaches room temperature, at least part of the soft polyurethane foam is compressed with a pressure plate of room temperature. The percentage of change of a load at 10% distortion of part of the compressed soft polyurethane foam to a load at 10% distortion of the uncompressed soft polyurethane foam is at least 30%.
