PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow charging of USB equipment which can not be charged with a versatile charger. SOLUTION: An adequate resistor is arranged in a communication line of USB wiring so as to have a voltage of 1.8-3 V. Thus, a weak current is carried by the communication line.
