PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent breakdown of a circuit due to an overcurrent by surely fusing an input fuse. SOLUTION: One end of the input fuse F1 is connected to an AC power supply terminal ACL and the other end is connected to an AC terminal of a rectifier circuit B1, and one end of a serial capacitor CA is connected to an AC power terminal CN1 and the other end is connected to an AC terminal of the rectifier circuit B1. Further, a current detecting circuit KA for detecting a DC current is disposed on the DC terminal side of the rectifier circuit B1, so that when the current detecting circuit KA detects an abnormal value of the DC current, a current is applied to the input fuse F1 to forcibly disconnect the fuse.
