PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reproduce no video image unsuitable for reproduction while leaving original moving image data and without taking time and effort. SOLUTION: This camera apparatus 100 has a reproduction control means, when skip setting for skipping a part of the moving image data is performed about a specific chapter in the moving image data indicating a photographed video image, for performing control so that the photographed video image is reproduced without using the moving image data constituting the chapter in which the skip setting is performed.
