PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the reachability of information and to improve the convenience of a user. SOLUTION: When receiving e-mail about nondelivery of e-mail because the mail address of the e-mail does not exist as a result of transmitting the e-mail to a different portable telephone terminal, a short message having a telephone number related to the mail address as a destination is transmitted to the different portable telephone terminal by using a short message service.
