PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superconductive filter which can be significantly miniaturized. SOLUTION: A through-hole is formed on the wall of a package pedestal 1 made of an aluminum or an aluminum alloy, and a semi-rigid coaxial cable 3 is inserted through the through-hole. A center conductor 31 of the semi-rigid coaxial cable 3 is joined to an electrode 14 via a solder material 15. The semi-rigid coaxial cable 3 has an insulating material 32 through which the center conductor 31 is inserted, and an external conductor 33 is disposed around the insulating material 32. The center conductor 31 and external conductor 33 are made of, for example, a stainless steel, and the insulating material 32 is made of, for example, a fluororesin. Inside the through-hole, the wall of the package pedestal 1 is connected electrically to the external conductor 33 via a stainless member 23 formed on a cylindrical fluororesin member 22 in the through-hole.
