PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing brush for a car washing machine and a car washing machine capable of facilitating replacement work of a brush piece and reducing manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: Base materials 33a of the brush pieces 3a are fixed to hole parts 8 at four portions on an outer periphery of a rotation shaft with intervals of 90°. Further, the brush piece 3a is divided into the base material 33a and a washing body 33b contacted with a surface to be washed, and is detachably fixed by a fixing means 5 such as various fasteners, such as a hook, a button, a rivet and a tape fabric integrated button, and a hook and loop fastener.
