PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate adjustment of attaching/detaching force of an engagement member to a mounting hole and facilitate mounting work of a mounting body to a mounted body upon engaging the engagement member integrally formed with the mounting body made of a resin to the mounting hole formed in the mounted body, and to prevent the mounting body from easily coming off after mounting. SOLUTION: When engaging the engagement member 4 integrally formed with a kicking plate 3 with the mounting hole 2a formed in a side sill, and mounting the kicking plate 3 on the side sill 2, the mounting structure is configured so that the engagement member 4 includes a pair of leg pieces 5, 6 formed to have one end sides erected on the kicking plate 3 side, distal ends of the other ends of the both leg pieces 5, 6 are connected by a connecting piece 8, and parts of the both leg pieces 5, 6 other than the distal ends of the other ends are separated from each other.
