PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make low cost the step of removing unnecessary portions of an adhesive layer connecting each plate of an inkjet recording head. SOLUTION: The adhesive layer 34 is formed in at least one face of a plate constituting the inkjet recording head 10 such as a flowing channel plate 14 and a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet 44 is affixed to the adhesive layer 34. Thereafter the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet 44 is removed from the adhesive sheet 34, so that the parts covering the ink flowing channel 14A and the opening parts such as ink chambers 14B of the adhesive layer 34 are removed.
