PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide wall concrete which can omit labor for the installation of a temporary scaffold and form support demolition work, which shortens a construction period, which makes manufacturing and construction costs low and which has great durability performance and high safety, a steel wall form which constitutes the wall concrete, and a construction method for the wall concrete. SOLUTION: This wall concrete as a structure of a steel plate and an L-shaped steel reinforcing material is characterized as follows: a diagonal stay material portion for preventing falling is appropriately arranged; a means for fixedly installing a bottom surface is provided; and concrete is placed after an inside form is installed without the installation of the temporary scaffold on an outer surface.
