An impact modifier is provided to improve impact strength, rubbing characteristic, and scratch resistance without deteriorating transparency. An impact modifier is prepared by graft-polymerizing 30-55 parts by weight of methacrylate-based monomer on 45-70 parts by weight of rubbery polymer having a particle size of 150-250 nm. The rubber polymer is obtained by polymerizing 0.1-1 parts by weight of an antioxidant and 100 parts by weight of a monomer mixture comprising 30-45wt% of diene-based monomer and 55-70wt% of alkyl acrylate.
