An asexual breeding method of a new cultivar in Pinus densiflora, yellow spotty pine tree, is provided to improve asexual breeding efficiency by using grafting method with a vinyl string, so that a large quantity of genetically superior cultivars are supplied at an early stage and early bearing fruit, stable gene collection and quality improvement are accomplished. An asexual breeding method of a new cultivar in Pinus densiflora, yellow spotty pine tree, comprises the steps of: collecting scion of yellow spotty pine tree and storing it at 3-4 deg. C; splitting the upper part of rootstock, cleft grafting the scion to the rootstock, and winding the grafting portion with a vinyl string; and covering the grafted pine tree with vinyl polymer to form a green house, and installing blackout curtain on the green house, wherein a temperature of the green house is 25-30 deg. C and a humidity of the green house is 70-80%, respectively. Further, a light shielding rate of the blackout curtain is 65 to 75%.
