<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trigger type pump dispenser which can prevent the deformation of a passage in a connecting part even if the dispenser has a structure where the connecting part is bent and a nozzle does not move vertically when a piston is pressed down by a trigger. <P>SOLUTION: The trigger type pump dispenser comprises a base main body 1 having a cylinder part 11 in it and attachable to the mouth part of a container main body, a cover body 4 detachably locked to the base main body, a piston structure 2 comprising a nozzle part 21 engaged with the base main body, a piston part 23, and a bendable connecting part for connecting them, and the trigger 3 rotatably attached to the base main body so as to vertically slide the piston part 23 in a cylinder. The piston part is slid vertically in the cylinder by the rotation of the trigger to inject liquid in the cylinder part from the nozzle part to the outside.
