<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the floor area of gas-insulated switchgear in which three switch units are disposed. <P>SOLUTION: The cylindrical tanks of phase A, phase B and phase C of the switch units 1-1, 1-2, 1-3 are provided at one end or both ends with a branch pipe perpendicular to the directions of the axes of the cylinders. The phase A, phase B and phase C of the switch units are disposed in parallel with the ground 9 so that the directions of the axes of the cylinders of the cylindrical tanks are parallel with one another. The switch units are stacked up through legs that mechanically connect upper and lower switch units perpendicularly to the ground so that the same phases of the switch units overlap one another. Two branch pipes of the same phase of the switch units are connected with a linking busbar installed perpendicularly to the ground. Main busbars of the respective phases are connected to the end faces of the cylindrical tanks in the directions of the axes of the cylinders in the phase A, phase B and phase C of the cylindrical tanks on the side of the switch units where the branch pipe is not provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
