PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a propylenic block polymer having a high rigidity and a high impact strength, containing reduced fish eyes, reducing the production of bulky polymers and adhesive polymers, and free from stickiness in a good flowing state. SOLUTION: This method for continuously producing the propylenic block copolymer in a gas phase is characterized by using a horizontal reactor having a stirrer rotated on a horizontal shaft in the inner portion and comprising the first process and the second process, wherein an electron-imparting compound is added as a killer agent to at least one of a region from the most downstream end of a polymerization tank corresponding to the first process to 1/3 in the upstream direction and a region from the most upstream end of the polymerization tank corresponding to the second process to 1/3 in the downstream direction.
