PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing apparatus which reduces peeling troubles during melt casting film formation of a cellulose ester film. SOLUTION: The apparatus for manufacturing a cellulose ester film comprises a casting die extruding a molten material containing a cellulose resin into a sheet shape, a rotary support which supports the sheet of the molten material extruded from the casting die continuously on its rotating surface, and a sandwiching rotor which is energized with respect to the rotary support so as to sandwich with pressing and thereby shape the molten material.
