PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably support a weight and operate it without enlarging a device in the deceleration device for a blind which reduces raising/lowering speed when the shielding material of the blind is raised or lowered. SOLUTION: The deceleration device for the blind is provided with a casing 12, a rotor 14 which is rotatably supported in the casing 12, and the weights 16 which are rotated together with the rotor 14 and are contactable with the inner circumferential surface of the casing 12. A cylindrical shaft part 14a and a plurality of weight support parts 14b which project in a radial direction at equal intervals in a circumferential direction from the circumferential surface of a shaft part 14a are formed in the rotor 14. One end of each weight 16 is swingably pivoted to the weight support part 14b, and the weight support parts 14b extend in the axial direction of the weight 16 over the whole length thereof.
