PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform exchange without giving influence to another data recorder when a specified data recorder is exchanged concerning a data recorder unit composed of the plurality of data recorders. SOLUTION: An HDD unit 14 includes HDDs 25-1 to 25-4 with partitions formed in the data recording area of a hard disk, and controls access to four HDDs 25-1 to 25-4 by association. The partitions formed in the data recording area of each HDD are formed not to be arranged in a boundary part with the data recording area of the HDD other than the data recorder.
