PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micro fluid chip capable of obtaining an accurate and highly reliable analytical result in a short time, by a simple operation, without requiring skill. SOLUTION: This micro fluid chip is provided with the first port PT-A for feeding a specimen liquid and a pretreatment reagent, the second port PT-D for feeding a reaction amplification reagent, the third port PT-B and the fourth port PT-C for supplying air pressure into a flow passage, the first flow passage A for mixing the specimen liquid and the pretreatment reagent to generate the first mixture solution, the second flow passage B for heating the first mixture solution, the third flow passage C for joining the reaction amplification reagent to the first mixture solution, the fourth flow passage D immobilization-mounted with an enzyme through which the second mixture solution is passed, the fifth flow passage E for promoting the mixing of the enzyme into the second mixture solution treated in the fourth flow passage D, a plurality of the sixth flow passage F connected to he fifth flow passages E, and for detecting DNA amplification or the like by dissolution and heating of a primer immobilization-mounted in the flow passage, and the seventh flow passage connected to sixth flow passages F and for dispensing the second mixture solution with a constant quantity into the plurality of sixth flow passages F.
