An organic light emitting diode device and a method for fabricating the same are provided to improve screen quality by stacking sub pixels to facilitate mixing of red, green, and blue colors. An organic light emitting diode device includes a substrate(100) and a unit pixel. The unit pixel is formed on the substrate and has sub pixels(S1,S2,S3). The sub pixels have organic light emitting diodes(Ed1,Ed2,Ed3) including first electrodes(160,260,360), organic light emitting layers(180,280,380), and second electrodes(190,290,390) respectively. The organic light emitting diodes are stacked while interposing insulating layers(130,230,330) therebetween. The second electrodes of the organic light emitting diodes are electrically connected to each other. The sub pixels have driving units which are electrically connected to the first electrodes of the organic light emitting diodes and include at least driving transistors(Td1,Td2,Td3). |
