An OLED device is provided to prevent non-uniform luminance due to the characteristic deviation of capacitor by applying a control signal to a gate of a driving transistor. An OLED(Organic Light Emitting Display) device includes an OLED element(OLED), scan and data lines(Sn,Dm), a first switching transistor(M2), a driver(130), and a driving transistor(M1). The scan and data lines apply scan and data signals, respectively. The first switching transistor delivers the data signals according to the scan signals. The driver, electrically connected to the first switching transistor, receives the data signals, generates a control signal having a first voltage level, and maintains the generated control signal. The driving transistor applies a driving current to the OLED element according to the data and control signals.
