An apparatus for moving on the water surface is provided to securely pull water flow using a web having an "A" shape to increase propulsion, thereby rapidly advancing on the water surface. An apparatus for moving on the water surface includes a shaft pipe, a plurality of buoys(20), a foothold(30), and a web(50). The shaft pipe is formed of a plurality of pipe bodies connected to each other. The buoys cover the outer surface of the shaft pipe. The foothold is installed on an upper end of an outer periphery of the shaft body and extends upward from the upper end such that a user's foot is put thereon. The web extends downward from a lower end of the outer periphery of the shaft body to pass through the buoys and to be exposed to the exterior.
