<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display system, a display control method, a display control program, a recording medium and an image output device, in which a stand-by state can be maintained when an operation not intended by a user is carried out. <P>SOLUTION: The image display system 1 includes an image display device 4, 21, an image output device 2 that outputs image information relating to a displayed image containing an object, and an operation device 3 that operates the object, wherein the image output device includes a controlling means 25 to control the display state by the image display device 4, 21. The controlling means 25 includes: a stand-by state setting section to set the display state of the image display device 4, 21 into a stand-by state; a buffer region setting section to set a buffer region in a predetermined size around the object in the displayed image when the display state is set to a stand-by state; a movement judging section to judge whether or not the object is moved out of the buffer region; and a stand-by canceling section to cancel the stand-by state when the object is judged as being moved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
