<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a packaging box commonly usable by increasing neither the number nor the kind of packing materials, and causing no adverse effect to a stable accessory holding function relative to a vibration or shock to be generated during transportation in packing accessories whose sizes are different depending on a destination country, area, etc., as to a packaging box used in shipping a mobile audio device, etc., from a factory, transporting and selling. <P>SOLUTION: The tip end corner of an auxiliary flap 42 on both sides of an auxiliary panel 48 connected to the top end of a side panel 11 is folded diagonally by a folding line 44 for forming a storage space in this packaging box.
